There are over 70 languages spoken in Pakistan but Urdu is the primary official language (with English). Unusually (in my experience of languages and countries, as a first language it is very much a minority language spoken as their first language by only c.9% of the population. We have a carefully created Urdu translation of the CORE-OM and the shortened adult forms, see next.
