The official language of Russia is Russian but according to wikipedia Russia has 35 official regional languages. None of the regional languages have yet been requested for CORE instruments and I cannot see any of them being done. However, translation of the CORE-OM into Russian was led/coordinated by Professor Marina Zeldovich. See next link to download the forms.
